• Shell, in collaboration with Accenture and Amex GBT, has expanded its blockchain platform Avelia to support sustainable aviation fuel solutions in air freight, as announced on November 27, 2024.
• Shell's new SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment, and Asset Management activities globally to support its business and assets.
• Prax Group is still working toward buying Shell's minority stake in the Schwedt refinery in east Germany.
• Shell and DHL Express have partnered to deliver 25,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel at Brussels Airport, aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 80,000 tonnes CO2 equivalent.
• Shell's Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam will reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 200 tonnes annually from the end of November, equivalent to removing 330,000 cars from the road, by installing 24 new ultra-low emission burners.

• On November 25, Shell Falcon Pipeline LP pleaded no contest to three criminal charges for violating the state Clean Streams Law and will pay $300,000 in penalties.
